e-Learning Platform for Employee Training

Summary

For this project, we developed an eLearning module aimed at facilitating the education and continuous training of employees. The platform allows document uploading and studying, user time monitoring, and generating detailed reports on their activity.

Challenge

The need to provide an efficient digital tool for employee education and continuous training became evident. A solution was needed to allow easy access to educational materials, monitor user progress, and provide detailed reports for precise evaluation.

Solution

We developed a customized web application using Python and Flask for the backend, MySQL for the database, and Bootstrap 5, CSS, JS, jQuery, and ChartJS for the frontend. The solution includes functionalities for document uploading and studying, user activity monitoring, and an admin panel that provides detailed reports on user activity.

Result

The implementation of the eLearning platform significantly improved the learning process through easy access to educational materials and detailed monitoring of user progress. Detailed and personalized analysis of each user's progress facilitated the management and evaluation of continuous employee training.
