Platform for testing and evaluating new employees

Summary

For this project, we digitized and automated the process of evaluating new employees by implementing an online platform for testing and reporting. The platform allows adding and storing scanned documents, tests, and grades, providing a centralized dashboard for monitoring employee progress.

Challenge

The manual process of weekly reporting and viewing the history or information about new employees was laborious due to physical storage and the need for manual searching. A digital solution was needed to streamline and automate this process.

Solution

We developed a customized online platform using Python and Flask for the backend, JavaScript, HTML, CSS for the frontend, and MySQL for the database. The platform allows adding scanned documents, tests, and grades for new employees, providing detailed pages for each employee and a centralized dashboard for viewing progress and automatically generating Excel reports.

Result

The implementation of the platform digitized the employee evaluation process, significantly reducing the time and effort required for reporting results. Accessibility and transparency in monitoring employee progress were improved, facilitating efficient management of new employees.
