Digital Platform for Heat Pump Warranties

Summary

For this project, we created a digital platform dedicated to managing warranties for heat pumps. It ensures an efficient and secure warranty approval process, emphasizing secure authentication, form validation, and efficient data management.

Challenge

Managing warranties for heat pumps was a complex process prone to errors due to manual data entry. The client's partners needed a digital solution to simplify and speed up this process while ensuring data security.

Solution

We developed a customized web application using Python and Flask for the backend, MySQL for the database, and Bootstrap 5, CSS, JS, and jQuery for the frontend. The solution includes an authentication and admin approval system, rigorous form validation, and an intuitive admin panel for efficient data and file management.

Result

The implementation of the platform significantly reduced data entry errors and streamlined the warranty submission and review process. Data security and access control were improved, contributing to increased operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
