Warehouse Inventory Management Application

Summary

For this project, we created a complex WMS (Warehouse Management System) application to improve inventory management and streamline warehouse processes. The application allows product verification, real-time stock synchronization, and the generation of complex reports.

Challenge

Inventory management in the warehouse was a manual, error-prone, and inefficient process. An integrated solution was needed to enable quick and accurate product verification, real-time stock synchronization, and generation of reports compliant with legal requirements.

Solution

We developed a customized web application using Python and Flask for the backend, MySQL for the database, and Bootstrap 5, CSS, JS, jQuery, and ChartJS for the frontend. The application includes modules for product verification, inventory management, and complex reporting, all synchronized in real-time with the ERP system via APIs.

Result

The implementation of the application significantly increased the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management, reducing errors in the stock counting process. The generation of detailed and legally compliant reports simplified and streamlined accounting and audit processes.
