Employee Evaluation Application

Summary

For Artsani, we developed an application for employee evaluation, which includes modules for evaluating employees and managers, calculating average scores, and converting them into qualitative evaluations. The application ensures access control and data security to protect sensitive employee information.

Challenge

Employee evaluation was a manual process, requiring a digital solution to simplify and automate this process. Ensuring the confidentiality of evaluations and the protection of sensitive employee data was necessary.

Solution

We developed a customized web application using Python and Flask for the backend and Bootstrap 5, CSS, and JS for the frontend. The application includes an employee evaluation module with detailed forms and supervisor validation, as well as an anonymous module for manager evaluation. Average scores are calculated and converted into qualitative evaluations, and access control ensures viewing restrictions and data security.

Result

The implementation of the application digitized and automated the employee evaluation process, significantly reducing the time and effort required. Employee data confidentiality and protection were ensured, and qualitative evaluations provide a clear picture of individual and team performance. A mobile application is under development to provide a seamless experience for users.
