What data we collect
Contact form: name, email address, company (optional) and the message you send. Newsletter: your email address. WhatsApp or phone communication: your number and the content of the message you send. Aggregated technical data: anonymous traffic statistics that do not identify individuals.
Purposes and legal basis
We use data to: respond to enquiries and quote services (pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest); send the newsletter if you subscribed (consent, which you may withdraw at any time); comply with legal obligations.
Cookies and analytics
We use SimpleAnalytics, a cookieless analytics solution that does not identify individual visitors. Any non-essential cookies are loaded only after consent is given through the cookie banner shown on your first visit.
Who has access (processors)
Data may be processed by providers that support our operations, for example Microsoft (for email delivery via Microsoft Graph) and our hosting provider. They process data only on our instructions and not for their own purposes. We do not sell your data.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, with appropriate safeguards under the GDPR (for example the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission).
Retention
We keep data only as long as necessary for the purpose: contact enquiries for the duration of the commercial relationship and thereafter as required by law; newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe; after which data is deleted or anonymised.
