Globinary designs, publishes, and maintains a website under the selected plan. A standard domain, hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, and reasonable content updates are included while the subscription is active. Premium domains, advertising, extra third-party licences, ecommerce, and complex software development are quoted separately.
Estimated delivery begins after content and direction are confirmed: 5–7 business days for Start, 7–10 for Business, and 10–15 for Growth. Delayed content or feedback moves the timeline. Globinary may limit the pilot to 10 clients and three starts per week.
The payment method is securely saved by Stripe with no charge at signup. The 30-day trial starts only when the approved website is published. After trial, plans are billed monthly in advance at a final price of 499, 999, or 1,499 RON until cancelled. Globinary issues the fiscal invoice separately.
There is no minimum term. The client may cancel in the Stripe portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Started periods are non-refundable. Non-payment may suspend maintenance and, after notice, the website. Client content and data are available for export on request.
The client owns the domain registered for them and their supplied content from day one. The launch visual identity and project-specific source code transfer after 12 fully paid months. Early transfer is available by paying the months remaining to 12. Globinary reusable frameworks, libraries, components, tooling, and know-how do not transfer; the client receives the rights needed to use them in the project.
Start includes domain email forwarding. Business and Growth include one Microsoft 365 mailbox within the standard licence selected by Globinary. Additional mailboxes or licences are charged separately. Stripe, Microsoft, registrar, and hosting availability is also governed by those providers' terms.
Fixes, security updates, and reasonable text/image changes within the existing structure are included. New pages, redesigns, features, integrations, or unusual request volumes are quoted separately. Search ranking, customer volumes, and revenue are not guaranteed.
Each party is responsible for its legal obligations and supplied materials. Except where limitation is prohibited, Globinary's total liability will not exceed the fees paid in the previous three months. Data is processed under the privacy policy. Romanian law applies, and parties will first try to resolve disputes amicably.
Submitting the form records the terms version, time, and technical acceptance information. Before launch, the parties may sign a B2B order or contract containing full details and special conditions; if provisions differ, the signed document prevails.
